Light spotting after ultrasound??

Hi! Just had my first ultrasound.. To be honest I am surprised no didn't pee myself.. I drank so much water prior to going in. Little one is 8 weeks 1 day.. Heart rate at 158.. I was all happy until I came home went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw very faint almost pink colour on the toilet paper. Did it a few times more then nothing. No cramping or anything but I am freaking myself out? Anyone had anything similar?? Should I be concerned?

Hey! We'll things got worse.. Spotting went away then next day at work it was bright red blood. Went into emerg at the hospital and had two ultrasounds,  the normal one and a vaginal one. Little one was beating away. I was so thankful. I honestly thought I was having a miscarriage. They told me it was implantation bleeding and could continue to happen over the next week. It stopped the following day. The doctor also told me some women can bleed their entire pregnancy. So far I'm 9 weeks 1 day.. Just a little longer and I will feel a bit more less stressed once I pass the 3 month mark.
