Unfortunately there really isn't anything that is proven to naturally induce labor. There are things that MAY help it, but ultimately if baby isn't ready even a medical induction can fail. Epo won't put you in labor. It will thin your cervix and aid in speeding it up, but will not kick start it. You can TRY all the natural things (walking, sex, raspberry leaf tea, etc....though I HIGHLY recommend against castor oil as it can be dangerous to baby and cause meconium in the womb and aids just make you feel icky) but yeah, in my experience (I'm on my 4th) nothing you do will PUT you into labor. All of those natural "wives tales" are really only to help speed up labor once it has started.  Good luck to you though and I hope you get to deliver with your hubs there. Mine is military and that is one of my biggest worries...to deliver by myself.:-/ So far though, thankfully God has blessed and I haven't had to. I pray you don't either.
