Ladies, has anyone had diarrhea? I got it for 3 days now... sickness too, but not soo much now. But diarrhea is just not going away :( I am still on my holidays and not sure what to do. I haven't eaten anything different to ather people and always wash my hands. Maybe you had something like this in this or other pregnancies?  Please give me some advice!

Mine just started :( I was so constipated then now I've been running back and forth to the bathroom. I've been so sick today couldn't hold any food down and supposed to fly tonight to a family reunion. My fiancée is already down there. I had to work all week but called in sick today. Definitely getting the flu or some stomach bug

Yeah, thats so true, stick to bottled water or if tap water is safe to drink, always boil it first.

Are you stressed? Youre on holiday, so should relax and let everyone else fuss. Yes, stress is always a factor with poor health. Try to relax, i know it is difficult but many people dont get any time to go on holiday, so enjoy it and eat simple food until you feel better then go back to your normal routine.

I was thinking change in diet but it has been 3 weeks since I got here wouldn't it start before? Can stress and bad mood cause it? I am away from my husband and the youngest daughter for the last few days.... I don't like it :(

Many things can cause diarrhea, from (change in) diet, prenatals, poorly prepared food. I had it once after attending a vegan/glutenfree food expo, trying bits and bobs from food stands.Clearly a bad idea but body got rid of all this foreign food, lasted a few hours. Three days sounds a bit much...are you currently on plain food like dry toast, bland porridgy rice with unseasoned steamed chicken, bananas etc? Stay away from spicy, oily food and dairy until your tummy settles. Also keep hydrated, even drinks like energade/lucozade etc can help with hydration and keeping your energy levels up.
