I did try this one day last week and it did bring on some contractions but I didn't do it that long. I never tries it again because I though labor and deliver were coming soon. Silly me! I'm going to try it again tomorrow and if anyone else does let me know how it goes!?

Yes that's what I posted to! It did start contractions but I did way too many squats the other night and was thanking God I didn't go into labor, I think I had thigh splints! Tried it again this morning for only ten minutes, it worked for contractions but I think I have to do it longer.
I'm not sure where I read it but I might try this later: rub your belly in a clockwise motion for 1 minute, then take wide stomps around the room for 3 minutes, then rest and rub belly again for 1 minute. I don't know if it will bring on labor but I'm sure it would entertain my 3 year old for a while and pass the time! Lol
