spotted brown

Hi mommies....   m lil nervous....  m 11 weeks..... had an ultra sound at 8 weeks... everything was fyn.... even saw the heart beat 156 BPM..... but today I spotted brown... I noticed it when I wiped after using the toilet ..   it was very less.... I also spoke to my doc n she said its fyn.... but still m nervous :((((((
