stabbing feeling?

Im 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and have been taking epo and rlt at the recommended dose... but iv started to experience stabbing pain where the cervics is... could it be my body starting to dilate or efface or is it just a usual pain. Cant remember having it with my little girl well not as much anyway... or could it be because the pregnancy were so close together.. shes 14months old?

Its possibly your cervix or pressure from the baby's head pushing down. Ive had both and sometimes are to tell the differnce.. lie on your left side and drink lots of water..
