Hi am 16weeks and still getting really bad nausea. Any idea of things that can calm the feeling down? eg foods, drinks?

The stores have these motion sickness/sea sickness patches....it's a round patch you place behind your ear. You can try those out and see if they work for you.
Also, if you are taking prenatal vitamins,  try taking them at night before bed. That way you know your stomach had food in it.
I was getting sick all day long taking my vitamines in the morning.  I switched them to night, and it work for me.

Has your doctor prescribed anything? I was on diclectin til 15 weeks and it let me actually live a somewhat normal life... The nausea and vomiting we're really extreme. I'm not 18 wks and not anything just having waves of nausea I try to control with a slice of toast and some ginger ale.

Not much helped me /: the only thing is making it a little better is not eating proper meals and just having smalk sandwiches every couple of hours with salad. Oh.. and freshly roasted sunflower seeds take away that horrible taste in my mouth :)
