I'm 21 weeks and I've lost 28 pounds since finding out I was pregnant. My doctor was concerned at first but I informed him that I changed my diet to healthier choices and I've been much more active. I know it'll catch up to me in the next couple of months

I lost about 10 pounds in the beginning of my pregnancy and gained 15 toward this week so I'm a little over my average weight. I'm about 20 weeks and it's normal to loose then gain or not gain at all

I don't think you have anything to fear, my sister and I lose tons of weight in pregnancy and our babies have been really healthy.  I'll be 5 mths tmrrw and unfortunately I've lost 30lbs and I'm certain more since my last appt. I have hyperemesis but my sister hasn't had any bad sptoms or morning sickness in her pregnancies and she still loses weight.

Congrats on baby and best wishes!!
