I feel anxious a lot. My mom has to talk to me and tell me to calm down because having a baby with problems is worst than anything. Being constantly anxious can harm you or the baby. Just vent here as much as you can.
I too have anxiety- I just recently was doing research on anxiety and natural ways to help it, and I came across taking Niacin which is a vitamin. This is an all natural approach to dealing with anxiety that I have used for about 1 month now and I don't even get slight flare ups. Even though some anxiety pills are safe to take while pregnant its scary that your baby is getting that harsh medicine too. So the Niacin is a HUGE help! I take 1 a day, and i haven't had an attack in months.
Yes :( but over the last week I've really started calming down. I found some anti anxiety tools and they've worked pretty well. I'm not particularly religious but I found 2timothy 1:7 to comforting and made it my lock screen on my phone.
I feel as if times while at work when I'm under stress I get anxiety and I have to take deep breathes because I can't breath. It makes me worried and second guess if me working worth it? I just miscarriage in April and now 7wks and 4 days pregnant
