Thanks everyone :) I ended up being put on some strong medication which has stopped me vomiting.
I also have the sea bands but don't think I ever put them in the right spot!
I'm 8 weeks. I started having morning sickness at 6.5 weeks, not just nausea but vomiting accompanied it too so I think my morning sickness was more on the intense side. I was even having to miss work for a couple days which I hate to miss out on making money for my future baby. Anywho. The other day I got some ginger supplements by One A Day called TruNatal Nausea Relief. Those seemed to work well. I only took one that evening and one the next morning and felt great all day. You can take up to 4 in 24 hours. But I kept reading about Sea Bands and I wanted to try them too because I want to avoid nausea at all costs. I got my Sea Bands this morning and have been wearing them all day as a preventative measure and I feel wonderful. I feel normal.
Sorry I'm so wordy but I hope this helps!
I know own the feeling. I'm 10 weeks and have had bad morning sickness since about 5 weeks. Nothing worked and I couldn't function at work either. Doc finally gave me a prescription and although I was very hesitant to take it, I can finally eat and function during the day.
Oh ill have to try them for sure :)
Yep sea bands been my lifesaver too. Really wasn't expecting them to work so been pleasantly surprised
Definitely try sea band's!!! They have been my lifesaver
Thankyou all! It's been a tough road so far so willing to try anything x
I am 7 weeks pregnant too and been suffering from all day sickness. It doesn't get rid of it completely i wear the sick bands round my wrists and find they help a lot! Congrats and hope you feel better soon x
You can try Vit b6. You can take small doses throughout the day. They actually can give you a prescription for a slow release Vit b6 so you don't have to keep taking it all day.
I am experiencing the same thing. What I just usually do is I force myself to eat 8 small meals instead of 3 larger meals.
