Did my NT scan today!

Just had my NT u/s.  Luckily, baby is doing well despite all the bleeding.  Our nuchal fold measurement was 1.1 mm which is far from 3 mm.  They did not give us a risk of Down syndrome today since they combine this measurement with blood test results which will be available in a few days but so far everything looks good.  And the baby had a nose bone which is another good sign of low risk for Down's.  I feel so relieved.  

Now we are waiting on the results of this blood work and cystic fibrosis blood work.  I tested positive as CF carrier so now we are waiting on b/w results for dh.  I hope his test is negative and we can skip amnio.  Anyone else did cystic fibrosis test?  I never hear anyone discussing this one.

Oh goodie... One test down and one to go.  Am sure ur B/W will come out fine too. How are u feeling now? Did u get more U/S pics for sharing??
Yes it indeed is a relief that baby looked great. Did the little guy give u a good view to his / her antics?

hip hip hooray helen!

we did CF testing. i had the husband do it since i had so many procedures for IVF. he tested neg so that was the end of that.

Congratulations on a good nt scan!  What a relief.  We have not done cf testing, but no one has brought it up. We will have to look into that....

I think I did the cystic fibrosis last time I was preggo's in Feb. It was negative, so I didn't bother this time.
