Emma Arrived!!!

Well we canceled our internet so i havent had a chance to update you all.  My doctor was unable to induce me on the 22nd of dec like we had planned but I was induced on Jan 2nd at 6:45 am...my water was broke at 7:15 by my ob and by 10:00 I was 4-5 cm.  At this point I decided to go ahead and get the epidural since the contractions were getting very intense.....the anastiologist was called and 45 mins later was still stuck in the O.R.  at this point I insisted the baby was coming out and they checked me again, I had gone from 4-5cm at 10am to fully dialated at 10:45.  My doctor was still at his office and didnt get there until 11:00 meanwhile I was about to die trying to hold her in.  I was able to push once he arrived and Emma Elizabeth Reese was born at 11:19am!  She was beautiful and perfect with the exception of some bruising on her face and a cut on the back of her head they told us was caused by the rapid birth.  She will be 5 weeks old tomorrow and is the most amazing little thing ever.  She is such a good baby.  Jeremiah has taken to her well and is the best big brother she could ask for.  I am at my moms house without my camera but i'm going to put some pictures from her camera on here.  I will add some pictures from my computer when I have a chance.  We are going to be getting internet agian soon so I can keep in touch....

oh i forgot... she was 8lb 8.5 oz and 22 1/4 in long
