Waiting game!

Just wanted to start a new post for us January mommies that are still waiting for the arrival of our babies!

I so thought I was in labor yesterday but when the OB checked me, alas, still no more progress from last week.  Still 1cm dilated adn 70% effaced at the start of my 39th week.  I have had a dull to sharp constant backache since yesterday and contractions here and there.  I was so hopeful that the OB would tell me I was in labor and to get to the hospital!  Ha!  Joke on me - first time mommy!

By the way, I have been walking, adding hot sauce to just about everything I eat and BD with DH (when I feel up to it) plus going for weekly prenatal massages to have those pressures points worked!

i felt the same way and the one day when i finally got away from the house and relaxed and didnt think about it, it happened. i too was in my 39th week...so heres to hoping it happens for you soon!!!!

Oh , you poor thing!  I still can't believe you haven't had your little one yet after everything you went through :(  I'm thinking of you~good luck in the next week or so!! -Brandi
