What are you eating/craving???

So the actual real live nausea started the afternoon as my lovely lunch with my MIL culminated in a masive heaving over a public toilet. Because of that,  I am wondering what you ladies are eating and what you are craving.

I have found that the one thing I can get down well is fruit, like strawberries and pineapple. Also I do well most of the time with grilled cheese and french fries!!!

How about you?

Thanks for the advice about red meat. Maybe it is 'cause I ate the whole thing. With my first child I had to have milk early pregnancy and meat as rare as possible without risking geting something funky in my third trimester.

no one thing for me. One minute I am craving something and the next day even thinking about eating that same food makes me gag.

I'm not nauseated (yet), but the food cravings have taken over...or maybe its just my excuse to eat what I want! I want nachos, turkey subs and ceaser salads ALL THE TIME! However, I can not stand the sight or smell of hotdogs, sausage or anything like that...just thinking about it makes me puke-y BLAH!

Helen... ppl say that MS starts normally at 7/8 weeks... so don't get upset cos when it will hit u and u'd wish for it go :)

I have found that sucking to a lemon pc with salt and pepper really helps me fight the nausea...  I was pukey since morning ...and crave only sour stuff... Lemon is my best friend now a days...
I though I'd let u all know if u wanna try it ..

I will be 7 weeks on Monday.  At 5-6 weeks the biggest things for me were by boobs (no pun intended) and being tired.  I wouldnt worry, everyone is different in the way that they experience symptoms, i think it can depend on how high your hcg level is too, mine is unusually high.  I cant remember have you had an HCG level done??

nikko*ttc-  I read somewhere that read meat makes nausea worse, dont know if that is true, but I have steered clear just in case. Also, I was a vegetarian for several years before my hubby converted me.  When I started eating meat I found I had to introduce red meat very slowly because it really aggrivated my belly. If you are craving it I would say eat it because you may need the nutrients in it, there is a lot in red meat, maybe just try small amounts??  I dont know, I just wanted to share  : )

I think I am around 7 weeks. My nausea has been on and off. I am "NORMALLY" a vegetarian (not vegan, I eat eggs and milk). But I am craving meat. I ate a steak today for lunch for the first time in a long time. I don't know if it was the steak or just being preggo, but it made me very sick to my stomach. I do well with eggs, cereal, and fruit.

How far along are you?  I still have no symptoms and start to worry.  Did you have any signs at 5 or 6 weeks?  I am almost 6 weeks.
