I felt my first two babies moving at 16 weeks- felt like 'flutters' to me, like a butterfly was fluttering around inside my uterus! I haven't felt this one move yet (I'm 18.5 wks) because my placenta is at the front.

I'm felt my first baby move at about 15-16 weeks, and this one I felt move at 17 weeks... it feels to me like the popcorn thing also... little bumps and swishes against the inside of my skin... everything you feel should be below the belly button at this point, but the further along you are, the higher up and all around you'll feel him/her move and you'll see your belly contorting as he/she does so!!  This is the fun part!!!!!!!!!!

For me atleast it feels almost like popcorn popping. little bumps here and there. Im 18 weeks and have been feeling it for a few weeks now. Its almost like gas bubbles but how i knew the difference is that id get the feeling but then not have gas(sorry TMI lol). They say you can start feeling the baby move anywhere between like 14 weeks-20 weeks. usually a little later with your first. But like you i was skinny before i got prego and i swore i could feel movements at around 15-16 weeks. so it very well could be your baby =]
