Great to hear that every1 is doing well. I haven't been on lately. Have been helping a dear friend the last two weeks, she has separated from her husband who was an utter monster and now they are staying with us. My DH is rather trying at the moment, it's her territory and she has to share it with a 15 month old who does scream at her......I'm working PT and have to go alot of places with my friend and have been having contractions, so I should really start to slow down............
Had my GTT, don't know the results yet, I should call but have an appointment on 6th Oct. Our girl is sooooo active, has her times as well, doesn't like it when I lie on the left hand side and is mostly lying horizontal. At the 3D ultrasound she was a little on the heavier side, so was my daughter who was a big girl when born. We'll see!!!
The itching is annoying too, I have gained 6.5 kg (approx. 14 - 15 lb), but so far no signs of pregnancy-related cholestasis, let's hope it stays that way.....
I still have some things left over from my DD (she's 2 y, 3 mth), like her cot, swing, toys, changing table (my friend borrowed it), so that's a bonus for us. Got to get a new car seat, clothes as she's a winter baby, crib mobile etc. My sisters in Australia are sending me some pressies, so looking forward to it :-)
As for a name, we have been so stressed out that we haven't had the time to think about it. We have 3D ultrasound pics, I should post some up. All the best!
ive gained over 20lbs now too and it def has taken a toll on my body....i have been on bedrest since 15 weeks and im so ready to get up and exercise again, LOL
i like the adalaide....for middle names how about grace or lynn
adalaide grace
adaliade lynn
i am far from deciding on names for my twin boys....my husband is so dang stubborn and stuck on brian and nicolas....im starting to dislike both names because im feeling like i have no say in these boys names and they are my last babies....im having a c-section and a tubal done after these guys are done for other personal medical reasons so these little guys are it
hey january ladies,
glad were all well apart from a few niggles, well im still working which im now starting to find quite tiring and difficult when it comes to bending down and picking up after the kids at nursery, i've also gained over 20lb which is taking its toll on my poor feet im sure they now feel permenantly bruised. and guess what im expecting a 3rd ! Girl ! Who we've decided to name Adalaide/adelaide not sure how to spell it yet what do u all think of the name? and any suggestions for a middle name to go with this something unique i like to be different.! hope to here some ideas soon take care ladies! x
hey ladies....sounds like everybody is doing well....
i have always been partial to graco for my carseat and fisher price for bouncers....dont know why but those are what i plan to use for these boys too
i still havent settled on names....one name is hard enough....trying to match names is even harder....im thinking nikolas reed and ryan jonas....but my hub is next to impossible to name babies with....he really wants brian but thats his brothers name and it just doesnt sit with me
i just ordered the 2nd carseat and double stroller yesterday....im so excited that things are starting to fall into place....ill be 26 weeks tomorrow and read that my type of twins are born as early as 28 weeks to 36 weeks....so its crazy but im so close to that threshold.....my ob is saying about 34 weeks which is only 8!!!! weeks away....
Hi everyone!
Sounds like you're all doing well - minus the rib pain Haz! I don't have any yet. I'm currently at 22 weeks and starting to feel some movement but no too consistent yet. Starting to prepare for our little girl - Oct will be very busy for us due to out of town events and Nov Dec also as everyone is coming here for Christmas! They're out of town and I told them I wouldn't be travelling so they are and plan on helping out with everything.
I bought a few items so far. They had a nice deal with a Britax stroller where you got a free car seat so we got that and the bassinet that attaches on the stroller as well which you can also use for sleeping in your room before ready for the crib. I also bought a pink crib set so now we will look at paint colour to paint the nursery. Should be fun!! There is so much to buy it's crazy but lots of fun too!!
Hope you're all doing well out there!!!
