Still waiting...I'm 40+6. Was supposed to schedule an induction but my dr has the flu and there isn't another ob to go to. So I'm stuck until I go naturally (which I prefer but apparently cervix is still closed on the inside and high up), until my dr recovers from the flu, or until I hit 42 weeks and they have to induce me with whatever dr is on call at the hospital. I'm ready to hold my little man, but since everyone in my house is really sick, I wouldn't mind waiting until all the antibiotics have run their course. I foresee a lot more waiting in my future...
That does stink!! What bad timing for everyone to get sick, I'm not enjoying having a baby during flu season/cold season, that's for sure, I'm so afraid she's going to get sick!! Hopefully you all feel better before your little man comes!
My baby will be 7 weeks tomorrow and has been in the hospital for 4 days and had rsv poor baby hasn't caught a break but she is fine now and finally hit 8 pounds and is starting to fit in 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.
crstl11, I hope your little girl starts feeling better! wasn't she born around 7lbs? Did she lose a lot of weight after she was born? Chloe lost about 12-14ozs and is about 9lbs10zs now as of her last visit.
Glad to see all the January babies have arrived safe & well!
Baby mark is now 5wks & keeps putting on weight was 7Ib @ birth now over 10! never lost any (unlike my others) breast milk us doing the job :)

Enjoy every moment they grow up too fast (& this is our last) :(
