feeling very crampy and weak

well im 31 weeks2 days and this morning ive been very crampy (menstral like cramps) and feeling kind of weak when i try to get up and walk around. Baby is still moving pretty good. This is my 3rd and i dont remember feeling like this with my last one but that was 4 yrs ago.

Are you eating and drinking regularly? I felt really week a couple of weeks ago (I'm 32w2d) and it was just a fluke thing because I felt fine after that day, I'd watch the cramps and make sure they don't come regularly or other signs of labor, I hope you feel better!

I'm 33 weeks and felt like that the other day...I think mine was because I am sick with a viral infection.
