38wks with the flu !

Hi.
I feel like am the only one out there that is pregnant and came in contact with the FLU .  Wasn't told by the hospital doctor which type of flu a,b,c ? All I know is my symptoms were getting worse day by day . I have been on Tamiflu rom Dec 29 up til now . Yes I have been better since the first time I got in contact with it ,but now it's only been done to a sore throat with that feeling you have something scraping your throat but nothing comes out . My doc gave me a 3 meds I could use but now are for what I need. Has anyone had the FLU at this point in the pregnancy ?
And if so what was your experience and how long did it take u to flu feel bad to your normal self? Any meds over the counter ?

Am sorry to hear you have been sick longer then I try explaining my symptoms to my ob and by far it wasn't working . I have gotten better from the flu , the only thing that has been bothering me is my throat , everytime I swallow anything water, juice, saliva etc it aches as my throat muscles does its work , when am not drinking water our eating it gets dried which then makes it itchy and I breath threw my nose so that wouldn't be why it's dry . Lol .
Idk what to even do to help this darn ache .

I don't  have the flu but have severe allergies. I am 24 weeks today. I have had the allergies since I got pregnant. They got worse in December. I started out with a sore throat, then ear aches and swelling in my glands, I've been coughing n sneezing for 6 months! I take oxycodone 5/325 twice daily for fibromyalgia pain, for my allergies I am now on claritin once daily, delsum cough medicine twice daily, benadryl at night, cepacol cough drops, or ladacane for sore throat, I gargle with salt water and use non medicated nasal spray, I called the OBGYN RN and she confirmed everything I'm taking is safe I hope so cuz seems like a lot! I can't wait to get better :/ hope u guys feel better soon too.
