help

Hii.. does anyone know if we can take clearlax or restrolax for consitpation. I am umable to go n got hemmoride also... I am scared tht tge hemmoride will get worse with all the pushing n stuff .

If not laxatives... what else can I take for it ?

I am takin fiber one bars 2 evert day... but its not helping me.. n restrolax didnt help me either... I drank one glass again to see if it works now. :(

Yeah my doctor told me not to but I'm sure it will be fine. Whole wheat stuff is good and fiber one bars are great and peaches and mangoes if you like them are good for fiber. And drinking a lot of water. My doctor told me excersize helps too but its the fiber that's the biggest thing

We just took the restrolax from pharmacy n my husband asked them if it is safe to take. The pharmacist gave my husband restrolax n said its safe. I just drnk one glass if it.... for the rest of my pregnancy ill try to eat more fiber...

The only problem is it'll take a couple hours but well worth it especially if you're having stomach pain because of the constipation

You can't take laxatives when pregnant but drink a lot of water and eat like three fiber bars and it should clear up. Start eating more fruit with fiber or buy fiber cereal and fiber bars they're really good and help so much with constipation!
