Cyst on babies kidney...

Today I went for my 20 week u/s and they found a little cyst on his kidney also his heart was fluttering. She said the fluttering could be from all the caffeine intake (I drink a lot of Pepsi ) she told me to cut down on my caffeine intake that's fine. I go bk when im 28 weeks to see if it absorbed or shrink. But what may have caused the cyst on his kidney? Anyone else went through something similar? I also have to be seen every week due to his heart palpitations.

My son had an enlarged kidney. This was a result of me taking zolfran while pregnant for severe morning sickness. Luckily he outgrew it after a year but not all babies do.
