Has any one else lost weight due to really bad morning sickness. I've lost about 4kg in my first 10 weeks of pregnancy. I have been a bit worried about losing weight while pregnant

I think it should be fine as long as your dr isn't worried. Just make sure if you are having a tough time keeping food down, definitely make sure to keep up with your vitamins and water
