Rest more on your left side. My gynea told me this will help blood n oxygen flow to the baby better. Growth did increase for my 2 girls.

Placenta might be struggling. Nothing u can do about it. They will moniyor to see how bub is growing, probably over the next few weeks. If they are not happy they will rexommend birth. If this is the case bub should be fine when born but might need extra support feeding amd breathing. Try to hand express and freeze colostrum and be prepared yourselves for bub to be in care for a few weeks.

Do not listen to doctors too much (they are led by "averaged stereotypes" and aproximate measurements)! First of all, you might have got pregnant little later than the day of counted period days... Some babies develop very fast at the beginning and slow at the end (like my own - everyone was worried, he was growing so much at first and now its all slowed down) and vice versa.

Most importantly - eat well balanced food so you know you have done your best. Listen to yourself and what your little one needs and do not worry too much (I think thats the most troublesome you can do at this point)

Good health to you both!
