Week 5 of pregnancy - nervous mom-to-be

I am in week 5 and have been experiencing quite a few symptoms, which include backache, bloating, increased appetite, slight fatigue, but i have noticed that the bloating has gone down alot and i no longer feel the cramps. I'm a nervous mom-to-be cecause I've had multiple miscarriages, so now that I'm not feeling anything, it's almost a little worrying to me.

Is it normal to feel this 'normal' this week?
I know morning sickness will probably hit me next week.
Im just concerned that I'm feeling 'not quite pregnant' yet even though I am....
