I have both. Lower back pain is usually your expanding uterus. Headaches can last your entire pregnancy i've heard. It's 100% safe to take tylonol during pregnancy. So try that and see if any of your symptoms go away.

I have been having low back / pelvis pain.  Dr. said that this is just my hips moving.  Some days are better than others.  Some days, I can't lean or bend over without shooting pain.  I too have been getting headaches recently.  I have avoided tylenol so far but it may be time to take a couple.

Thank you so much!! It makes me feel better to know not to worry. I havent taken Tylenol or for that matter anything so far but I might have to break down and do it because this headache is getting pretty bad.

I have been having lower back pain for awhile now and I will be 15 weeks tomorrow. I also have been getting headaches/migraines a lot more. I had them before I got pregnant but it seems like I have some kind of pain in my head almost every day.

Yes all the time. It's a side affect from the hormones and the uterus growing it puts alot of pressure and strain on our muscles. I hope you feel better soon.

To: all
My low back hurts, I can't even stand for a long period of time. I am in so much pain just to stand up long enough to wash the dishes. I constantly have to sit down for a few minutes. I'm also having headaches like everyday. They are like in the front of my head, like right above my eyebrows or it feels like someone is squeezing my head together and won't let me and it just stays there pretty much all day!! I never get headaches either but lately I have it everyday I wake up.

If anyone else experienced this plz let me know.
