Non Stress Test (NST)
So I had my 36 week appointment today and since JT hasn't been moving as much as he usually does my doctor gave me an ultrasound and everything looked good, then I was given a NST to see how his movements are and they were not a lot so the doctor had me eat chocolate and he started to move more. But she said she wanted me to come back in tomorrow morning for another one. So is everything ok?
NST's are just a precaution. I had them every wk, twice a wk with my first daughter from wks 31-37 when i delivered. This time around I've just had BPP's instead of nst's. Now that I'm in the hospital I've had NST's twice a day everyday for the past wk. It's just a precaution.
