Stomach Flu Coming On

Ladies,
I feel like i'm going to get seriously sick. I have been feeling so great once i started into my 2nd trimester, but now i have the worst stomach aches. I think it's a mixture of constipation which i've had from the very beginning, and the urge to throw up. I dont know what to do. I'm trying to keep the water down, but i feel like it's just sitting in my chest ready to come up. And i have no appetite whatsoever. Can i take anything? Pepto was my best friend before i got pregnant, but i dont think that's allow anymore, plus i dont want to take that if i'm already constipated. HELP!

I hope you feel better. I would mention it to your dr. If you get to dehydrated they will want you to go to the hosp for iv fluids. Just try your hardest to keep any fluids down. Take care and lete me knwo what happens.....

i had the noro-virus and dr prescribed me dyrolite, it does not stop sickness but it keeps you and baby hydrated as its dangerous if either of you become dehydrated. i ama nurse so know how serious it can be. also if you are constantly sick for 24hrs you must go to emergency you may need a drip to hydrate you. take care and kep fluids going.
