shortness of breath

Does anyone have shortness of breath? I seem to experience it a lot when I'm out exercising. Today I'm dragging...I'm very, very cold, tired, a little queezy and I also seem to be nervous and tense. I was thinking of going out for a power walk but I'm not sure that's a good idea given how I'm feeling. Has anyone else experienced this? One other question...the other night I made chocolate crepes and enjoyed them. Now, just thinking about them, I feel like I want to throw up and get all queezy inside. I know it's common to have food aversions but I didn't know that just the thought alone could make me feel sick. I'm starting to worry that I might end up having to take a day off of work to just rest. Has anyone had to do this yet? Thanks!

I am so out of breath, even when i lie down .. when I'm absolutely not doing anything. forget about walking!!! I have to take frequent breaks before I'm able to walk again. The cold wind is not helping either!!!

I can barely sleep. If i lie on my back, the problem seems to be better .. i have always been a left-side sleeper and now, i can barely turn to my left, 1 minute is all I can take before I change to lying on my back.

Anybody else has this problem?

Thankfully I did not have the shortness of breath today.  But, I also cranked up the A/C today so it was not nearly as stuffy in my room today - I think that helped :-)

Today I actually had less symptoms, I had very light "period cramps" all day and slightly sore breasts.  The next 6 days 'til I go to the doctor for the 1st time seem to be taking forever!  I just wish I knew exactly how everything was supposed to go for the next 7 1/2 months so I wouldn't stress out about everything.

aweeonetolove- I hope you don't have the shortness of breath for long either!  Hopefully it'll go away soon!  I finally just got the kids to read the assignment out loud instead of me talking and that gave me time to breathe and calm myself down.

angela ~ Yikes!  I taught again today and same thing...I'm talking and talking and then, yep, shortness of breath.  What scares me is that in my first pregnancy, the shortness of breath led to dizziness and fainting as I got further along. (I had m/c so I don't know how long it would have lasted).  I really hope the dizziness/fainting don't re-occur this time around.  Especially when I'm teaching!  They're all drama students and they would love it if their teacher fainted.  Here's to it being a small symptom that goes away fast!

I had to leave work (after only a couple of hours) on Friday bc I felt so bad.  i was nauseous, had a headache, and was soooo tired.  It really seemed to help.  I don't want to miss too much work though, so I'm trying to suffer through.  But listen to your instincts - if your body is telling you to rest, then rest you should!

aweeonetolove - I had that same shortness of breath while teaching today, too!  I was also REALLY hot in my class today, too- I posted about my symptoms in the symptoms thread just a minute ago, but I did get that shortness of breath today and it was really frusturating - hopefully that symptom won't last long. :-/

I had shorntess of breath once when I was teaching. I felt like I could no longer talk because I was so out of breath.  All the best ~ Lots of little snacks!

You know what, I did notice this at work last night. Even just doing simple things I was getting out of breath.

I was so sick at work yesterday, I tell ya serving food is not fun when you feel like absolute ****.
