Its really starting to depress me an stress me out that im becoming a bad mom on a rude level. But just to top it off i honestly feel if i dont get any sleep at all im going to EXPLODE... What should i do?

Benadryl works well.. I take only half the dose so I am not so groggy in the am....

I am feeling the same way. I am almost 34 weeks and I have the hardest time sleeping at night because I just can't fall asleep. I work odd hours, 1-9pm and when I get home at night it is about 9:30pm and I don't get to sleep until about 2am or later....and I am getting up every 2 hours to pee..... When I wake up, I feel like crap and at work I am so tired.

My doctor told me to take benadryl.  Its preg category B so its safe, but you can always just call your docs office to make sure :D

They may even suggest or prescribe other stuff for ya.
