pain in hands and arms

Anyone having pain in hands/ arms?  The last few weeks have made it worse - hurts to hold on to anything, pinch fingers together (like picking something up), or make a fist. I'll ask my dr. but the appointment is a couple of days away.

I would agree with 30somthing13 I had carpel tunnel with my DD and it hurt, but it also felt like my hand was kind of asleep.  at least the good news is that it will go away after the baby comes... so ur not stuck with it forever like regular carpel tunnel.

It sounds like carple tunnel and is very common during pregnancy and will go away after baby is born. I hav ebeen having it also and it gets worse at night and I wake up with tingling hands. I also get the worst pain like right above my elbows and below that I would not is related to CT. It is nothing to worry about at all but you can always let you OB know about it. Make sure you are taking you prenatals also as a lack of vitamins and minerals can casue things like that too and espeacially calcium and iron.
