Regular pain in lower abdomen / watery discharge only once during sleep

MY EDD is 8-July-12. I am having regular severe pain in the lower adbomen and on the back / chest. had watery discharge 6 days back. the doctor suspected infection but, the vaginal swab test shows no growth. I am really worried what has happened. I have one child 7 years old, which was scessiarian and one mis carriage in 2008.
Somebody please help me.

No kidding. I was thinking the other day that these babies sure are putting us thru a lot for being so tiny. But once we finally have them are going to miss the kicks and punches and rolls and everything I think... well maybe not everything :)

Does the pain in lower abdomen feel like menstural cramps?? I get that when I dont have a bm for a few days. Its very common to have constipation during pregnancy. You can try miralax once a day. You might try thinking back about when your last bm was tho cuz I always loose track of it. But as long as the swab came back clean you might just be leaking and need to do kegals to strengthen muscles down there. Good luck
