6 wks and 3 days, real bad crampa

Im 18 & having my first child. Ive been experencing real bad cramping on my lower left/middle side on my abdomin (abdomen). It just started today outta no where & at this time i started bleeding. Its like redish.. as in a regular period. Im worried, and idk what to do or what it could be. Please help? Thanks.

I would definately contact your doctor, if it's alot of blood they will probably recomend you go to the hospital.
