no real symptoms??

Okay so I'm 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second baby and I'm not really having any symptoms I had constent nausea with my son and now this one nothing and with my first pregnancy my breasts were so sore I would cry in the shower this time they barely hurt.... Is it normal for me to have like no real symptoms this time around??

I don't have any symptoms at all at 8 weeks. my doctor keeps saying to not worry and consider myself lucky.
