no weight gain worried

I am 19w today and no weight gain yet... I am really concerened about my weight..is it right that I did not gain any weight till this point... I asked my midwife but she was fine with it...but I am going nuts

I haven't gained anything also, I have lost 6lbs so far and everyone can tell. So at my next appt. My Dr said that if I don't gain anything that he going to be putting me on a high protein shake diet.

See i was doing that but protein is what makes me sick! Its like its too hard to digest.
