Try having some gingerale soda before you eat..just a little to ease your sensitivity.. then eat some soup to help welcome some foodbinto your stomach and slowly start eating what youre going to eat. This has been working well with me. I have to treat it almost like a hangover..lol.. but its helped me:)
Hi, I'm feeling the same way. It is soooo annoying!!!!!!
I'm 7 weeks to and have the same problem. I am always hungry but when I eat I can only get a little bit down. I went to my favorite restaurant yesterday and sadly was only able to eat a little but I did get some down. It helps me to not let my stomach get empty. When I wake up I have some oj and saltiness. Ill have a yogurt and Apple for a morning snack for lunch I try to eat light. Like soup or noodles. Dinner, ill have some salted almonds and chocolate for a snack ps salted things seem to divert my nausea. .it's been working for me. When I find my self starving is when I have it the worst
Find whatever you can keep down.. saltines are usually the easiest but try little bites of things til something sticks. Eating lots of snacks is actually better than eating large meals anyway!
Try different kinds of fruit! Every time i get nauseous i have been eating little cuties(those little oranges) and it goes away almost instantly!
the thought of food makes my stomach turn. im on a cracker and toast diet. my nose has become my enemy also. when people talk to me I can smell what they last ate and it turns my stomach. I throw up when I smell coffee. this is not fun at all!! just keeping thinking about the light at the end of the tunnel!!!
The only things i can eat right now without puking is oatmeal, saltines, and bread :-( i did choke down a pb j sandwich earlier and a few bites of mac Adams cheese. I'm ready to be past this part.
Well, it's not unusual! I'm 16 weeks and let me tell you, the first few weeks of my pregnancy was some of the worst. Yes, I stayed nausea, but I didn't let that stop me from eating. What I did was, I tried various things to eat like, an egg sandwich, which is something that I would not typically eat if I was not pregnant. Try to eat a bowl of veggies, ice cream, or a bowl of cereal or anything that can help you with that horrible feeling. Hang in there, it will be over very soon!
