Morning.... I mean.. all day sickness

I'm due July 12th with my first baby and I have been nauseous a lot for weeks and I was told it would start calming down around now, wrong. I have recently started vomiting almost everyday.. my doctor said as long as it's no more than 3 times a day it's fine but I wondered if there's any advice anyone could offer?

I had to get put on zofran because nothing else helped and i was vomitting multiple times a day, even small snacks didnt help. With the zofran i have only had one time in the last week that i have been on it where i still vomited and it was just once not multiple times. I am not crazy about taking meds while pregnant but it is worth it in this case

Small constant snacks throughout the day should help. When u wake up before u even sit up grab a few saltines and eat those. The emptier ur stomach is the more nauseous u will be. Just keep the package of saltines in arms reach by ur bed. Hopefully this helps. It helped me these past few weeks.

******* pops on amazon. I ordered these and they helped. They are not a miracle or anything but they help.
