Swelling

Hi im 34 weeks pregnant as of today, and for the past 3 weeks i've been having bad swelling in my hands, lower legs, ankles and feet. I only seem to swell when im resting my body, i told my doctor and i was told to rest and watch my salt intake and i've done that too, and im at work today and the swelling is so bad that it feel like my bone in my leg is about to pop out and it hurts just by me sitting at the desk so i try to walk around but it causes more pain to my ankles and feet and i have a burning sensation to my feet when im walking around.
