heartburn....

Anybody have any solutions for heartburn? Up until the last coupla days, I've never had heartburn. Any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance.

Tums. Also avoiding the foods you know trigger it like spaghetti sauce which is super acidic.

Zantac is safe to take and works well for me

Well i was drinking chocolate milk and that was making it worse. As well as trying to eat anything. But i found that sprite helps me.

I read that you should drink water before and after a meal instead during.

If it get real bad even after tums, i would get meds from your dr. I have  to  do that and take tums.

I had bad heartburn with my first i would drink a tall glass of milk and keep tums near by
