leg cramp

I am 35 weeks now and my leg cramp is horrible that's why I can't sleep at night.  Anyone suffering like this. Then what are you doing for relief bcoz due to leg cramp I can't sleep or walk.

I started experiencing horrible leg cramps a few weeks back... Then, I started to eat a banana every evening before bedtime. It seems to have helped, as I have yet to have a leg cramp at all this week.

Potassium and lots of water works for me. So yay bananas and potatoes!!

I'm going through the same thing! My doctor recommended drinking power aide to balance your electrolytes I guess that can be the problem! Also bananas! And remember right when you get one just flex your foot upward and that should make it go away almost instantly

Leg cramps wake me up almost every night several times it's so painful. I can usually fall right back asleep but my legs hurt so bad the next morning. I just take Tylenol and it seems to help a little
