I just had my gallbladder taken out and I'm due in July, should I go back to work?

Ok,so I had me gallbladder removed at 30 weeks(13 days ago)and I'm wondering if I should go back to work. My surgeon told me to ask my ob and he acted like it is completely up to me. He said I know my body and what I can handle, and that's true to a point, but I'm also the kind of person who let's the pain get so bad that I pass out at work and have to be taken to the ER unconscious with no one knowing what's happening. I just don't know if it's even safe. I do alot of bending and lifting (less than 50 pounds)all throughout my 8 to 10 hour shift. This far along on my pregnancy it's difficult to put shoes on without the surgery pain I'm still dealing with let alone all the moving required on the job. Also my supervisor did tell me not to be in too big of a hurry to come back. I'm just looking for some opinions maybe someone else has felt with this?
