What's everyone doing to keep busy?

Well, even though this is going to be our last little one, I want it out!!!!  I am trying to keep my days busy so that the time goes by faster.  My son starts soccer next week, and then baseball june 2nd - on my birthday - which is only 5 days before I'm due!  I am throwing a friend a bridal shower on the 19th of this month, and am a bridesmaid on the 17 of next month!!  My belly keeps expanding, so I think we may have to get some extra material so my MIL can get my dress to fit over the hump!!  Here's a question for you ladies, My breasts were really sore and got about a cup size bigger during the first trimester, felt fine during the second, but now are really tender again, and seem to keep growing!  Are any of you experiencing this?

LOL i know but this pregnancy has been scary in general.  My sugar levels have been nuts today, i'm not sure why either, they have been super high and dropped super low quick.  Hopefully this is going to be a one time thing.  And hopefully it goes back to normal for tomorrow.

i feel for ya w/ the finger sticking thing!  hopefully it will go away for you after your delivery.  
i wouldn't think you would need to beg them for an u/s at your appt...  b/c of the bleeding they should offer it to you!  did they not do one when you went to l&d?

LMAO, i would go nuts if i could check this site as much as i do.  especially when i have somthing weird going on.  I was told that my placenta is in the back, not low or covering my cervix, so i have no idea what else may be causing the problem.  Hope i can figure it out soon.

PS> it hasn't even been a week and i am tired of pricking my fingers 4-5 times a day LOL.  MAN i cant imagine if i have to do this for the rest of my life lol, i'm only 21....i have a long way to go.

hey...  i just came back to my parents to get my girls and of course i HAVE to get on the computer!!!  :)

can they see a tear in the placenta w/ an u/s?  i don't know much about bleeding in pregnancy, but i've read that bleeding in the 3rd trimester can be due to placenta previa.  but you said that you've had it off an on throughout so a tear sounds like a good expanation to me!

dude...  it completely sucks not having my computer right now!!!  i'm going nuts w/out it!  but maybe its a good thing...  maybe its God's way of telling me that i was on it too much!

Hey i have been wondering about you.  i kinda figured you were still having computer problems.  I have no idea what is going on with the bleeding.  I ended up in L&D to be moniterd b/c the bleedign tuesday was almost like the first day of a period and i passed some sort of tissuey clot.  They monitered me for a while and everything seemed fine.  My appointment is on the 17th and i am going to beg for an ultrasound to check my placenta for tears b/c precious has me a little more nervous now LOL.

hey guys!!!  i've been totally out of the loop here lately...  i miss talking to everyone!  my computer is still out.  i'm at my parents right now and i'm fixing to leave to pick up dh from the airport.

precious03- my days fly by!  but probably b/c all 3 of my girls are under age 5 and i never get a moment's rest!  :)  i was in a wedding (my cousin's) when i was pregnant w/ my 2nd when i was 7 months preggo!  the hormones got me really bad...  at the reception i had people coming up to me telling that everytime they looked at me during the ceremony, i would make them cry b/c i was crying so much!  i just couldn't stop!

skylynns_mom- hey!!!  i haven't talked to you since you got your 3 hr results i think...  when is your next appt?  mine is tomorrow.  my biggest worry this time around is also something happening w/ my placenta, but its thankfully been uneventful so far!  i'm sorry to hear about your bleeding off and on.  i hope they can give you an answer to that...  

i'll try and give an update after my appt tomorrow (dh will be home w/ his laptop).  hopefully i get to schedule my c-section...  "hopefully"!!!

According to the little boys mom, the doctors were surprised that the baby survived and that he was over 7lbs and healthy.  I guess they even had specialists looking at the scans and didn't figure it out till delivery!!  What miracles can happen!!  Keep me posted as to what the doctors say!

The baby was ok though?  How could they not figure that out?  Man i am going to have a lot of ?'s for my doctor next week.  The bleeding has stopped again THANK GOD!  The baby is still moving like his usual self.  What could happen if there is a tear in the placenta?

not to scare you, but one of my daycare mom's went through a similar situation, she ended up in the hospital every 3-4 weeks from bleeding.  They did numerous ultrasounds, and could not figure out the problem.  She did carry the baby full term and he was healthy and happy.  They did find out during delivery though that the problem she was having was due to a tear in the placenta that they just never caught!  Good Luck and let us know how you're doing!!

So far so good with that.  I got the results of my 3hr when i went for the training.,....i failed all 4 pricks and you only have to fail 2 to be considered to have it.  My numbers were pretty far off from what they should have been too.  But i got the testing stuff and I have been controlling it pretty well with diet so far...my levels are only slightly high 2 hours after lunch, every other time off day they are perfect.  So i am happy with that.  I did start bleeding again...I dont understand why this keeps happening, they dont seem to know either.  They said my placenta is in the back so thats not y its happening i am at a loss and hope this little man stops it soon b/c he is scaring me, its like every 2 weeks now that i start to bleed....NOT COOL!

To keep busy.....  My doctor took me out of work at 25 weeks due to contractions so everything I wanted to get done before the baby is born is already done. I wish there were things for me to do to keep busy.... I have been wanting to scrapbook but cant seem to get into it. I am really bored. I have been watching alot of discovery health channel but there are alot of repeats. My brests have also began hurting quite a bit agian but I have began to have a little leakage is that normal?

omg that's right!!  How is the diabetes stuff going?  I'm also sure that no matter how "big" you are on your wedding day, you will look beautiful!!  Our 4yr old daughter has been hanging on to her daddy a lot now that I am showing more!!  She doesn't want the baby though!!  She says I should "give it to grandma"  Hopefully she will come around.  I am going to get a small gift for all of the kids for when the baby comes so that they don't feel left out!!

I haven't had much breast pain at all during this pregnany....knock on wood.....maybe your milk supply is starting to come in?  I can wait to meet this baby.  I want him to be out so i can get rid of this diabetes **** and so i can hold him and enjoy my summer off with the kids!  I have been super busy, i work fulltime, go to school, i'm planning my wedding....which is right around the corner...may 17th.....i am going to be the size of a house by then but oh well. On top of all that i am a mom and thats the most important job i have......i dont want my daughter to feel left out....she keep asking when her baby brother is coming home!
