Dizziness

A lot of you have already had your babies so I guess I can ask this..... Is anyone feeling dizzy? I had my baby 2 weeks ago- c-section, and since yesterday I feel dizzy off and on. Is this normal? I have been taking prenatal vitamins, but is that enough?

I had my iron checked and it was above 15 so my doctor said that was very good. He told me rest more and stay hydrated... Thanks girls!!!

After my c-section i felt dizzy a few times too and i honestly think it has to do with lack of sleep (for me it did). Adjusting to a newborns schedule can be draining...to say the least. It took me a few months to feel normal again for both my pregnancies(both c-sections). water probably would help too. lol.

Yeah, I guess I can use more water... The last couple of days I've been drinking too much soda and not enough water. Thanks!!
