I am 16w4ds. And was wondering if it Is it ok to feel baby's fluttering one day and the next day not feel it? Is it too early to be concerned?

I'm 18 weeks and I still only feel her randomly, think I'm maybe too busy usually to notice it...she was fluttering up a storm the other day, but I haven't felt her since.

Yes, it's too early to consistently feel baby yet.  I am 17 weeks and I feel movements mostly when I sit down after I've been up busy doing work, but not always.  Dr.s suggest kick counts starting at 28 weeks, because then baby is big enough that we do feel consistent movement.  At your point in pregnancy baby is just starting to have bones harden and be strong enough and big enough to make any movements felt, so if baby moves into certain positions the kicks may not be hard enough to feel, and then we feel them again when they move into another position.
