owww???

finally, ive been having some sort of activity "down there" last night and today... ive been having some strong cramping down there every so often. and some... vagina cramps?? does this sound normal? i have no clue what im doing... no sign of my mucus plug yet. just really uncomfortable cramping and backaches. help me please?? does this sound like anything progressing or just me hoping that im finally starting to progress. thanks, ladies. i really have no clue what to expect...

I have the feeling like I was kicked in the lady parts. Same with the backaches too! And everynow and again I get a really bad cramp in my rump. But no baby today. Dr appointment today at 2 he said anytime now. He didn't check me today though, he said he will wait until next friday when I am 40 weeks. I am crossing my fingers for my labor to start tonight though!

Haha. Just do some little bounces on the balls of your feet. So your not actually jumping. That should help. Hopefully you progress faster than me. Im a tad over this.

girl, i aint jogging no d*** where! lol. my hips have been hurting so bad the last couple of weeks, id keel over from the pain. and what on earth is a star jump? ive been walking and bouncing on exercise ball but i cant picture my big butt making it very high in the air for a jump. lol!

Yep thats how mine started. Ive had soo much discharge since the contractions started. But no show yet. I also did a few star jumps and like a 50m jog. Lol. I reckon thats what started mine. Cause it was 4 hours later.
