Most pregnant moms are tested positive for anemia towards the third trimester. At this point, your OB will mostly suggest that you up your IRON dosage. With my first C-Section, my baby was anemic so they gave her some iron drops and I didnt need blood transfusion. Relax mommy, your doctors will take good care of you. I'm still hoping for a successful VBAC.

My first was a csection and I also plan on getting my tubes tied. I am sure your doctor won't let you bleed to death they can give you blood transfusions right?

They won't let you bleed to death.. Stay calm, your doctor is doing everything to protect you! I though anemia was when you had low iron maybe I am wrong?
