5 days left and no signs of labor. HELP!

omg - i hate this waiting game. i tried walking, raspberry leaf tea, spicy food, what else can i do to speed up labor/contractions? my husband refused to have sex with a pregnant woman/me. :(

Honestly I tried everything in the book to jump start my labor! I know this isn't what you wanna hear but labor will start when your body says so lol. I went 5 days over due and was 4 cms dilated for 3 weeks before that. I also had 4 membrane sweeps.. I went into labor on the day I got the 4th one but I think it was a coincidence. I actually went into labor just laying down watching tv.. I just started cramping and it never stopped! I hope it happens for you guys soon!!

what is your expected due date? im almost on the verge of scheduling a c-section for sunday, my edd if nothing happens by tomorrow's drs appt.

I'm in the same boat you are, literally. I went walking yesterday at the zoo 2 miles...hopefully that helped. I go in Thursday again. I'm ready for her to come out too.

btw, at my dr's office appt last week, i was 1cm dilated and about 30% effaced.
