As far as all of the different things websites say to do and eat or not do and not eat. My friend who is pregnant and due in a couple months tells me this all the time: a long time ago, women didn't have the aid of technology. They would just go squat in a forest, have a baby and go on with their lives. And we are all here today, so it must have worked! I tend to overthink things and worry a lot. But I have to remind myself that thousands of babies are born healthy everyday and it will be okay! :-)

I am also nervous, but I also know that what is going to happen is going to happen.  I miscarried my first baby, but had my 2nd within a year and was always scared through that pregnancy. He will be 6 in Jan. I am 8 weeks pregnant now and I will honestly feel better after the 1st trimester. Most of your symptoms sound normal. I've read that 1 in 4 woman spot, but I would def tell your dr about that.  Just try to stay positive and take care of yourself.
