Wot should i eat and wot should i not to eat?

If you want it, eat it (cravings can be caused by needs) try to eat some of every part of the food pyramid everyday. If it makes you sick, don't eat it (even if looking at it makes you a lil nausea don't try it) be careful with caffeine, fish (mercury), and chemicals (like sodas and things)
