no prenatal vitamins.......

I am 10w2d pregnant.. My gp has given me only folic acid but no prenatal vitamins... Is it normal??? Should I take some prenatal vitamins myself from drug store????? Plz helpppp

Yes, I would. Try a whole food/plant based. They are much easier on your stomach. Babies take everything good from us and some, so anything you can to maintain. :-)

My doc told me to start prenatals a few month before trying to conceive. I think it was an oversight by your doc.

I only take.prenentals idont take folic acid idk if thats normal
