please help me plz!!!

I have had SEVERE and i do mean SEVERE swelling of my nostrils and i can never breath! I cant ever sleep and it makes everything horrible. I am extremely addicted to nasal sprays and can not get off of them but ive over used them them so much that they dont even help anymore! All they do now is lessen the swelling but still cant breath. Ive spoke to my OB doctor twice now asking for help and he just says nyquil and sudafed! IT DOESN'T work! All i wanna do is breath! And actually enjoy the last half of my last pregnancy. Plz cant someone help me! Im miserable and these sprays r causing major pain when i use them!!! Im 16 weeks pregnant.
